1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 7jli website or mobile application and creating an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all use of the 7jli platform, including browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings.

Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. If you disagree with any change, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 7jli, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

7jli reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time. Accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements will be suspended or permanently closed, and relevant balances will be handled in accordance with our verification and compliance procedures.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To use the betting and gaming features of 7jli, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

You are required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID for KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. Withdrawal of funds from your account will not be processed until KYC verification is completed successfully. 7jli may request additional documentation — such as proof of address or a source-of-funds declaration — before processing transactions at its discretion.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 7jli support immediately. OTP (one-time password) verification is required on login as an additional security layer.

Each person may hold only one active account. If you have forgotten your account details, use the account recovery process — do not register a new account. Multiple accounts from the same person may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 7jli are made in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Accepted deposit channels include Philippine online banking and local e-wallets. GCash and Maya are examples of local e-wallet options that may be available — check the platform's payment section for the current list of accepted methods. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted payment methods on 7jli.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment is confirmed through the relevant channel. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. 7jli is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawal is only available to payment methods registered in your own name that match your verified account identity.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the platform's payment section.
• 7jli reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged during routine review.

Funds deposited into your 7jli account are held solely for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform. 7jli does not pay interest on account balances.

5. Game Rules and Bets

The rules for each game available on 7jli — including slots, live casino, fish games, sports betting, eBingo, and online poker — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game and on the relevant category page of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule takes precedence for that game category.

Bets placed and confirmed through the platform are final. 7jli does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error on the platform's side. Winnings from bets are credited to your account balance following confirmation of the result.

7jli uses certified random number generator (RNG) systems for applicable game types. Outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by the platform or any individual player. Past results do not predict future outcomes in any game on the platform.

In the event of a technical fault that causes a game to be interrupted or a result to be indeterminate, 7jli reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amount to players' balances. 7jli's decision on voided rounds is final.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7jli may offer bonuses, cashback, and promotional rewards to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made available. 7jli monitors platform activity for violations of these prohibitions. Where a violation is identified, the platform reserves the right to take appropriate action without advance notice.

No strategy or system guarantees winnings on any game on the platform.

• The verification documents provided are found to be false, incomplete, or do not match the account holder's identity.
• The account holder is not eligible to use the platform under the conditions set out in Section 2.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 7jli's customer support team. Accounts subject to an ongoing investigation into fraud or prohibited conduct may not be closed until the investigation is resolved. Any withdrawable balance remaining in a closed account that is not subject to investigation will be returned to the account holder through the verified payment method on record, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

7jli provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform aims to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may affect platform availability without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7jli's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in the affected player's account at the time the claim arises. 7jli is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including loss of anticipated winnings — arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or player error.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable device, internet connection, and compatible software to use the platform. 7jli is not liable for gameplay disruptions caused by the player's device, network connection, or browser settings.

11. Privacy and Data

7jli collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and platform security. All data collected is handled in accordance with the 7jli Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By creating a 7jli account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Data submitted during registration and verification is used for identity confirmation, fraud prevention, and transaction compliance. 7jli does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the 7jli platform is protected by SSL encryption. Sensitive account actions — including login, withdrawal requests, and password changes — require OTP verification to your registered Philippine mobile number.

12. Amendments to These Terms

7jli may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through in-platform notifications or the contact details on their account. The updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continuing to use the platform after an update has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
